Goodbye Ate Des

They say that in every goodbyes, it is always more difficult to the one who gets left behind.

Lourdes or 'Ate Des' as our kids fondly call her has been in our family for almost 3 years now. She has been the best nanny and all-around assistant we ever had. We have all grown to love this very beautiful person...

And as our family will be leaving the country this coming July, a part of us can't help but feel sad because we know that we will be missing her terribly.

The page below is a tribute to her... We love you Ate Des and we will miss you a lot!

I am not sure if you will find this comment Shelly, but WOW, how surprised I was to find some of my older designs on your layout! :D

I saw your tweet to a tutorial a bit ago, started perusing your blog and have fallen in love with your simplicity. I am plain and simple and seem to be fighting that in my designing, so I am re-evaluating how I wish to scrap and hope to design more as I would scrap. We shall see!

Thank you for sharing your talent with all of us in Scrapland sweetie and Bon Scrapatit!

Hugs,
Linda :D

Thanks Linda... your designs have been a huge help for me when I was just starting to scrap. I thought I was being punked when I saw you, THE Linda Walton, left me comments!

Take care,
Shelly
